AnarchyNet

Yo, Merc!

Welcome to AnarchyNet, it might not look pretty, but it's still a way to get work. As long as you're not a stooge for The Man or The Corps, then you're cool with us. The work on here might not always be entirely in accordance with the law and it probably breaks quite a few civil regulations, but who gives a damn? Most of the jobs on here are for the good of the people. Keeping them out from under the corporate bootheel. We'd trust the government to keep us safe, but they've fucked that up well and good.

Be careful, though, some criminals have started using the place to post jobs, too. No saying what'll happen if you get involved in that shit.

Working for the People

Returning the Favour

Employer: The Guiness Family, The Sea Wolves
Payment: 300 Favor
Collateral Damage Permitted: High
Opposition: Ghost Syndicate, Vancouver Defense Force
Extra Intel Cost: 20 Favor
Status: Open

Synopsis: Thanks again for dragging Smith's ass out of the fire. As interesting as what he had to tell us was, though, we won't entirely know what the Ghosts are playing at until we talk to one of THEM. Our sharp ears have picked up word that one of the Ghosts' inner circle is meeting with some VDF guys out in the woods soon. Clandestine, hush-hush and not packing so much firepower as to be impregnable. They're trying to walk softly, after all. Long story short: We need you to pick up either the VDF or the Syndicate guy who's highest ranking at the scene, and ideally in a state where he can tell us all sorts of interesting things after you bring him home.. There'll be a special bonus if you snag BOTH.

Review: Oh God they are incredibly pissed off, we're so screwed. Hope you guys are up for more missions.

Food for Thought

Employer: The Guiness Family
Payment: 400 Favor
Collateral Damage Permitted: High
Opposition: Paladin Security, AgriCorp
Extra Intel Cost: 20 Favor
Status: Open

Synopsis: We hear you're on our side now, or at least not working with Paladin or the Government. Working for us is as good as working for the Wolves, same money, same FEL membership. So here's the gig: If you don't mind, we could use some samples of some of AgriCorp's latest GM plants. They've got a hydroponics lab in one of their downtown buildings, so all you need to do is waltz in there and grab whatever you can get your hands on. As long as it's edible.

Hold the Line!

Employer: The Sea Wolves
Payment: 600 Favor
Collateral Damage Permitted: High
Opposition: Ghost Syndicate, VDF
Extra Intel Cost: Unavailable
Status: Open

Synopsis: Okay, neither the VDF or the Ghosts were particularly thrilled about that trick you pulled last night. The major's yelling about terrorists and they're mobilizing BIG TIME to knock us out of the docks. We're going to have to ask you to step up and lend us a hand, because they're going to be rolling in the big guns. Can't blame you if you'd rather be out to sea or doing something else when they arrive but hoo boy, this is the big one.

Famine

Employer: The Guiness Family
Payment: 300 Favor
Collateral Damage Permitted: Low
Opposition: AgriCorp
Extra Intel Cost: Unavailable
Status: Open

Synopsis: Hey, uh, guys? When the news about the dock raid hit, we got word that AgriCorp figured that meant you and any other FEL-allied mercs were going to be down by the docks shooting at the VDF, so they scrambled some of their own guys to knock over one of our growing ops. If you'd rather not get trampled by treads, you can hang out and keep it safe for the duration. How's that sound? Doesn't pay as well as a full defense op, sure, but, y'know, keeping your head on your shoulders has got to be worth a price, too.
