Description:
Background: Clarence's childhood was interrupted by the Great War, during which he and his family were evacuated to Epsilon Pegasi, he grew up to take over his father's business— a small spacecraft shop on Pegasus— but joined the GTVA forces at a young age during the NTF and GTI conflicts, offering mostly his mechanical expertise, but as a relatively skilled pilot he was also sent into the field flying a repair and rearm ship, or even a long-range support craft. He remained on Pegasus afterwards as part of the reserves, starting his old shop up again, but has answered the Glassflower's call for crew.
