Leon Hayek

Basically, he's an Ivorian super-elitist noble who's both a wizard and an amateur economist. Naturally, he considers himself to be a prodigy in both fields. He's also obviously belonging to the AUSTRIAN school of thought.

He wanted to get away from the Ivory Sea because he feels the government taxes and regulations and socialism was impinging on his freedom and distributing his wealth to useless peasants who will never amount to anything (Unlike himself, who is entirely self-made). Obviously he still gets a stipend from his Noble relatives. He wants to bring the glory of the Free Market (tm) to Sundered Valley.

He always knew he was one of Algamesh's heirs, his mother told him. He, however, never knew about the inheritance, so when he heard (as nobles do) about the campaign in Sundered Valley and "Algamesh's Lands," he set off to claim his share. He does have OFFICIAL IVORIAN DOCUMENTATION (tm) that Algamesh is his father.

He's been a sickly child since he was small, succumbing to disease and infections easily and as a result he's a huge germophobe. He's suprisingly strong for his size, however.

He has the biggest ego west of the Mountains.
