Penelope

Penelope the Horror

The being calling itself Penelope was once part of a greater entity, a massive creature living in the sewers of the dark lord's fortress. Created through blasphemous means, it was ended by being cut to pieces and shocked with lightning bolts. One severed tendril got slightly less zapped than the rest and eventually began to heal and regenerate itself. However, any semblance it had to the old sewer monster was gone and in its place was an amalgamation of lost memories of past victims that slowly pulled itself together into a functional state. It was around this time that it was discovered by a local friendly HR gob and given a new job and a passport.

PERKS (45)

Shapeshifter (Greater) 20 pts - Capable of perfectly mimicking voices and appearances(though fooling someone familiar with mannerisms and speech patterns is a challenge), this shapeshifting is a fundamental alteration of the character's body shape and can be maintained through anything but unconsciousness. If given peace and time to perfect their new shape, the character can also re-allocate points from one physical stat to another(though at most a stat can be increased 2 points above its XP-earned base and lowered one point below base). Cannot create more limbs than the character already has or mimic any Perks or Quirks.
Natural Weapons (Lesser) 5 pts - The character's limbs or body are capable of doing Width Killing damage.
Mage (fungus) 20 pts - Active Effect: Fungomancers can choose to talk to plants, the plants may not always have something worthwhile to say, though.
Passive Effect: Mushromancers suffer only half damage from toxins of any kind

QUIRKS

Evolver: Every time the character acquires 10 XP, they may choose to "un-buy" up to half their physical stats(Coordination, Sense, Body) and half their Perks. These points can only be used to buy physical stats and perks, but need not be spent on the same things. This also causes some sort of cosmetic change.

SPELLS

Cycle of Decay
Cost: 2 Magic Points
Roll: Body+Vigor
Effect: The Mushroomancer dissolves an organic corpse and heals himself or a target he's touching(which isn't a Construct) for Width wound boxes.

Indiscernible Anatomy
Cost: 3 Magic Points
Roll: Body+Vigor
Effect: For Width rounds, all target locations up to Height only suffer Shock damage(though a Shock-filled location will still start rolling over into Killing)
