The Ruins of Castle Fezzwick
The last steward of the castle was Valthalas Fezzwick, an elf who left behind no relatives(except for a halfling). When ownership happened to fall into Katrin Blackstone's lap, she investigated it along with Karin, Dane and her wild mage friend(Tekra at the time). They found nothing of worth aboveground, but below ground they found an odd basement concealing the remains of a battle(or a massacre) and a large ritual chamber with a hexagonal design in the center.
Located on the west side of the Misty Forest, property includes part of the woods themselves.
Dawnguard Fortress
Last owned by Baron Drudd, his latest surviving relatives are his grand-daughters(and one scamming halfling) and it is reputed to be haunted.
Located on the east side of the Misty Forest, on the border with the High Moor, but the property itself involves only the hill that the fortress stands on.
