The Guiness Family is a small-time anarchist group within Vancouver, most of their activities seem to be focused around illegal growing operations(they complain that AgriCorp is oppressing people and has de facto control over them through their vise grip on the food supply), limited smuggling and occasionally manufacturing weapons. After one of their larger growing operations in the Vancouver slums got wrecked by Vitriolic Solutions, however, they have been keeping a low profile.
